Senior Medical Care Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance and mentorship to a team of approximately 8–10 Medical Care Coordinators
• Assist with identifying and escalating issues to help drive case progression
• Review team inboxes and workload to ensure timely handling
• Track team productivity and compliance through case management systems and audits
• Support onboarding and training of new Medical Care Coordinators
• Provide coverage during team member absences to ensure continuity of service
• Assist team members in providing process updates to clients

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in workers’ compensation, personal injury, or medical case coordination
• Prior experience supporting or mentoring team members preferred
• Familiarity with case management systems and high-volume workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
