Senior Media Planner

Responsibilities

• Independently plan media strategies to achieve client performance marketing goals using search, paid social, programmatic, and other media channels
• Own end-to-end client relationships and communications for daily, weekly, and monthly activities
• Work collaboratively with internal teams including Search and Social, Programmatic, Reporting, Trading & Strategy
• Manage relationships with local suppliers, ad networks, and publishers to negotiate rates and oversee delivery
• Own and manage the full reconciliation process at month-end
• Oversee campaign optimization strategies to continually improve performance
• Support core teams in developing reports that generate insights and drive efficient ROI
• Support Managers in the creation and delivery of key client presentations
• Support Account Managers in training and developing junior team members
• Manage and prioritize own and subordinate workloads to ensure smooth account running

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in client servicing and relationship management (agency experience preferred)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Paid Social, Programmatic, or Search (Facebook, Google Ads, etc.)
• 1-2+ years of experience managing a team
• Experience with app performance and biddable platforms like Facebook, Google, and TikTok
• Strong English communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with both Branding and Performance campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
