Senior Media Operations Technician

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of post-production workflows from ingest through final delivery
• Identify and resolve issues in On-Demand and Banked Content to maintain quality standards
• Perform hands-on editing, audio mastering, graphics integration, and color correction
• Execute media quality control (QC) to ensure assets meet technical specifications
• Organize and maintain media assets across CMS and MAM systems
• Collaborate with Production, Post-Production, and Vendors to meet timelines and technical needs
• Provide workflow insights to improve operational efficiencies

Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in post-production or Media Operations in a professional media/broadcast environment
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom), DaVinci Resolve, or Pro Tools
• Deep familiarity with media QC practices, codecs, frame rates, and color spaces
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Media Asset Management (MAM) platforms
• Ability to work a shift-based schedule including early mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in German or Spanish
• Experience with Project Management Tools like Asana
