Senior Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Regional DDG Lead to develop media activation plans aligned with global strategy and business goals.
• Translate strategic frameworks into actionable media plans and campaign briefs for execution teams.
• Oversee campaign planning, buying, and performance management across paid digital and partner channels.
• Analyze performance data to identify insights and recommend optimization strategies to improve signal quality and efficiency.
• Manage relationships with key publishers, vendors, and media partners to finalize funding and added-value opportunities.
• Consolidate regional performance data and provide strategic insights to leadership.
• Mentor and support Media Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Master in Marketing.
• 7+ years of experience in paid media, B2B digital demand generation, or digital performance marketing.
• Knowledge of CRM/BI systems such as SFDC, Power BI, and Allocadia.
• Experience working with vendor-funded media and publisher governance.
• Proven experience in team leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong partner-facing communication and presentation skills.
