About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize campaigns across paid channels including Social, Search, Affiliates, and Programmatic
- Drive performance through hands-on platform management, targeting, bidding, and budget allocation
- Own and manage multi-million dollar acquisition budgets with accountability for CAC, ROI, and LTV
- Drive a culture of experimentation across acquisition channels, funnel optimization, and creative strategy
- Partner with Data and Analytics to develop reporting infrastructure and refine performance KPIs
- Present acquisition performance, forecasts, and strategic insights to leadership
Requirements
- 5 - 8+ years of experience in performance marketing
- Deep expertise in paid media platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and DSPs
- Proven success managing and scaling multi-channel campaigns
- Strong understanding of mobile attribution platforms like AppsFlyer
- Experience with incrementality testing and attribution modeling
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and performance reporting
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
