About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize campaigns across paid channels including Social, Search, Affiliates, and Programmatic
  • Drive performance through hands-on platform management, targeting, bidding, and budget allocation
  • Own and manage multi-million dollar acquisition budgets with accountability for CAC, ROI, and LTV
  • Drive a culture of experimentation across acquisition channels, funnel optimization, and creative strategy
  • Partner with Data and Analytics to develop reporting infrastructure and refine performance KPIs
  • Present acquisition performance, forecasts, and strategic insights to leadership

Requirements

  • 5 - 8+ years of experience in performance marketing
  • Deep expertise in paid media platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and DSPs
  • Proven success managing and scaling multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong understanding of mobile attribution platforms like AppsFlyer
  • Experience with incrementality testing and attribution modeling
  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis and performance reporting
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
