Senior Media Buyer

eJam is a bootstrapped consumer products company that has built, scaled, and exited multiple brands. Our portfolio includes category leaders ranked at the top of Amazon, carried in major retailers nationwide, and sold across DTC, marketplaces, and every channel in between.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage Meta advertising campaigns for our better-for-you candy brand
• Manage daily and monthly ad spend, reallocating budget to hit CPA/ROAS targets
• Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPM) daily and diagnose underperformance
• Run structured A/B tests on creative, copy, audiences, and placements
• Partner with Creative and CRO teams to brief new assets and improve conversion
• Maintain clear, accurate reporting on spend and performance for leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
• Proven experience managing meaningful monthly ad spend with CPA/ROAS accountability
• Deep fluency in Meta Ads Manager including bidding and audience building
• Strong analytical foundation for translating data into action
• Experience briefing and collaborating with creative teams
• Ability to work on-site in Santa Ana, California

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Ads or TikTok Ads
• Experience with food, beverage, or CPG brands
