About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage setup and activation of digital campaigns on programmatic platforms
- Define campaign structures and strategies for each media platform
- Organize, validate, and monitor campaigns to ensure KPIs are met
- Develop junior analysts and interns through daily tool support
- Manage budget pacing and goals
- Produce insights, optimizations, A/B tests, and continuous improvements
- Maintain contact with local and global partners
- Perform data analysis and generate insights with BI support
- Participate in client presentations and meetings
- Monitor media investments, check invoices, and reconcile budgets
Requirements
- Experience in advertising agencies with digital media operations
- Knowledge of programmatic media platforms (DV360, GAM, TAM, etc.)
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and Word/Google Docs
- Intermediate to advanced English for weekly presentations and report writing
- Analytical profile with strong logical reasoning
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
