Senior Mechanical Facilities Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and lead Cleanroom Facilities mechanical system expansion projects to meet future manufacturing demands.
• Manage and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for HVAC, exhaust systems, scrubbers, process cooling water, chillers, boilers, and compressed air systems.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for system abnormalities to minimize production interruptions.
• Drive system reliability initiatives and implement predictive maintenance through SMART Facilities and AI technologies.
• Perform capacity tracking and planning for mechanical systems to ensure optimal uptime.
• Manage procurement tasks for services and parts using SAP or ARIBA software.
• Identify and implement advanced technologies to support environmental sustainability efforts, including electricity, waste, and water reduction.
• Enforce company environmental, safety, health, and quality policies during all facility works.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Semiconductor Facilities.
• Technical expertise in Cleanroom HVAC, Chilled Water, Heating Water, Process Cooling Water, and Process Exhaust systems.
• Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies and quality tools such as 8D and 5 WHY analysis.
• Experience with SAP or ARIBA for procurement and inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, logical, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with sustainability initiatives related to resource reduction.
• Experience with smart technologies and AI integration in facility management.
