Senior Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design of the upper arm, including shoulder and elbow joint structures, links, and housings
• Define and manage interfaces with the torso and lower arm teams, including structural mounts and electrical pass-throughs
• Integrate high-torque actuators and manage electrical packaging, harness routing, and thermal design within the limb

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (MS preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design of robots, robotic arms, or complex electromechanical products
• Expert-level proficiency with CAD software and experience designing structural components for high-load dynamic systems
