Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new technologies and bring new products to market
• Act as a lead technical contributor and manage client communication
• Manage project scope and timelines
• Coach and mentor junior engineers through technical challenges
• Collaborate with scientists, electrical engineers, and industrial designers

Requirements

• S. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 8-12 years of industry experience
• Proficiency in 3D CAD (Solidworks preferred)
• Broad technical background

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing processes like injection molding, machining, sheet metal, or casting
• Experience designing biomedical products or industrial automation
• Experience in a consulting environment
