Responsibilities
- Evaluate and implement Indian regulations and compliance for mechanical equipment
- Apply European and French codes and standards to equipment design
- Ensure compliance with Client qualification requirements
- Adapt equipment specifications to the Indian context
- Perform detailed engineering activities for nuclear projects
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Mechanical Equipment or HVAC design engineering
- Extensive exposure to nuclear industry requirements and power projects
- In-depth knowledge of ASME Code, ISHARE, and ASHARE standards
- Proven track record in technical specification development and supplier evaluation
- Experience working with multi-national teams and managing large-scale projects
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- Proficiency with PMS, VMS, CAESAR, AUTOPIPE, or PEPS
- Conversant with ASTM D and EN standards
