About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and development of complex special machinery
- Manage the full construction process from initial idea to finished product
- Lead and drive work regarding CE marking and machine safety
- Ensure constructions comply with the Machinery Directive/Regulation and relevant standards
- Participate in concept development, requirement setting, and technical decision-making
- Manage supplier contacts, technical procurement, and follow-up
- Assist in installation, verification, and handover to customers
Requirements
- Educational background in mechanical engineering
- Minimum five years of experience as a mechanical designer
- Experience in construction and product development
- Strong knowledge of CE marking, the Machinery Directive, and risk assessment
- Experience driving or managing CE marking processes
- Proficient in CAD software
- Fluent communication in Swedish and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience from the manufacturing industry
