Senior Meat Specialist

Responsibilities

• Advise customers with a proactive sales approach tailored to their business needs
• Coordinate commercial and promotional actions to boost sales
• Promote cross-selling in collaboration with other sections and the sales force
• Support management in monitoring key indicators such as sales, margin, stock, and waste
• Ensure freshness and quality through HACCP processes and expiration date management
• Support the management team in the development and management of the section staff
• Propose and implement improvement actions for operational excellence and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Equivalent to 12th-grade education
• HACCP training
• Experience in similar roles
• Meat Handler Certificate (Carta de Manipulador de Carnes)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Availability for rotating shifts and schedules
