Senior Materials Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the Clear to Build (CTB) process to ensure visibility on materials over a 26-week horizon and resolve sub-tier supply chain issues.
• Oversee component allocations for tight-supply items by providing aggregated supply versus demand views.
• Build and maintain concise reports to support business growth and data-driven decision-making.
• Lead material readiness during the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase, identifying engineering release breakthroughs and managing risk ramps.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and conduct regular Supplier Business Reviews (SBRs) to track quality, delivery, and cost KPIs.
• Monitor commodity pricing, market availability, and lead times to recommend proactive make/buy or pre-buy strategies.
• Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth material flow, optimize inbound lead times, and manage defective product returns.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in a quantitative field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain and project management.
• Deep domain expertise in managing Asian ODM, JDM, or EMS partners and product development processes.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

• Experience working within a startup environment.
• Advanced modeling and predictive analytical skills.
