Senior Material Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead SCM integration activities for complex commercial and military programs
• Own program-level material readiness strategy, execution visibility, and risk integration
• Drive management of shortages, supplier constraints, and execution recovery plans
• Coordinate Planning, Procurement, Supplier Performance, and Logistics activities
• Translate material and logistics performance into program schedule and financial impacts
• Serve as SCM Control Account Manager (CAM) for EVMS programs
• Lead SCM risk communication and escalation to program leadership
• Mentor and support the development of the Material Program Management team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, program management, or operations
• Experience leading complex aerospace or defense program execution
• Experience managing shortages and material readiness in schedule-driven environments
• Experience operating within IPT or matrixed program structures
• Experience supporting forecasting, EAC/ETC, and program financial integration
• Must qualify as a US Person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident) for ITAR compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree
• Experience in aircraft interiors, completions, or customized aerospace programs
• Familiarity with EVMS, CBSD, or similar structured program management environments
• PMP or equivalent program management certification
• APICS (CPIM, CSCP) certification
• Lean / Six Sigma certification
