Senior Master Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze, create, and update Master Data for Products, Services, and Vendors streams.
• Write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all master data processes.
• Perform data cleansing activities to maintain database accuracy and business rule compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in efficiency projects.
• Mentor and train both junior and experienced team members to ensure business continuity.
• Manage article lifecycles, including massive updates, inactivations, and price management.
• Act as a point of contact for queries regarding product, service, and vendor data.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Master Data Management (MDM).
• Expertise in creating and updating SOP documentation.
• Strong skills in data cleansing and maintaining data integrity.
• Ability to drive process improvement and streamlining initiatives.
• Experience in mentoring or training colleagues.
• Strong understanding of how data flows between integrated systems.
