Senior Marketplace Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Define sweetgreen’s overarching marketplace strategy across DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub
• Develop internal criteria and evaluation methodology for measuring marketplace success
• Manage marketplace agency and oversee the full marketing budget across all platforms
• Design promotional architecture to drive incremental volume without eroding margin
• Own the digital shelf experience including menu architecture, visibility, and photography standards
• Partner with Culinary, Brand, Finance, Tech, and Operations on new launches and implementation
• Serve as the primary relationship owner with platform account teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketplace or third-party delivery marketing
• Hands-on expertise with DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub
• Fluency in platform advertising consoles and promotional mechanics
• Strong analytical capability to evaluate complex performance data
• Experience in restaurant, fast casual, or high-volume retail environments
• Proven track record managing significant marketplace media budgets
• Bachelor’s degree required
