Senior Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Manager in implementing marketing plans according to approved budgets and regional guidelines.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, digital and social media plans, advertising, and direct marketing activities.
• Collaborate on PR activities, conferences, events, sponsorships, and product placements.
• Monitor competitor activities regarding communication, pricing, packaging, and planning.
• Coordinate with the CRM department to utilize customer data for targeted marketing campaigns and improved data collection.
• Measure the ROI of all marketing activities by analyzing sales funnel numbers and ratios.
• Maintain effective working relationships with external parties, including brand principles and vendors.
• Prepare and deliver ad-hoc reports as required by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a Business-related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar marketing capacity, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proven experience managing external agencies and internal company resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Hands-on experience using various CMS and social media platforms and tools.
• Strong organizational, planning, and presentation skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
