Responsibilities
- Plan and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive lead generation
- Shoot and edit in-house content including office videos, team interviews, and Reels
- Manage social media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Brief and guide social media and creative agencies to ensure brand consistency
- Manage and update website content and optimize pages for SEO and lead generation
- Develop thought leadership content such as case studies and blog articles
- Monitor competitor performance and market trends in the HR and outsourcing sector
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in B2B
- Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads
- Experience in content creation and shooting with basic production skills
- Experience managing social media platforms and external agencies
- Proficiency in Canva for creating marketing materials
- Experience managing or updating websites
- Strong Arabic and English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HR, recruitment, or outsourcing industries
- Experience targeting GCC markets
- Basic video editing skills
