Responsibilities
- Manage and pilot an existing Marketing & Communication procurement portfolio
- Support business departments in expressing their needs and pilot supplier consultations and negotiations
- Manage procurement for intellectual services including communication agencies, media, digital marketing, content creation, and events
- Manage the software and SaaS portfolio for the Marketing perimeter, including license renewals and cost optimization
- Handle contract management, including drafting, negotiation, and legal securing of supplier commitments
- Ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR and DORA
Requirements
- Confirmed or senior buyer profile
- Significant experience in purchasing intellectual services and software
- Strong knowledge of Marketing & Communication procurement
- Solid contractual negotiation skills
- Mastery of GDPR requirements
- Knowledge of DORA requirements is highly appreciated
