Senior Marketing Scientist

Responsibilities

• Drive marketing effectiveness for Small and Medium Customers (SMC) through experimental design, causal analytics, and ads efficacy solutions
• Lead measurement, research, and learning plans for key verticals to support media objectives and long-term business growth
• Partner with Product and R&D teams to identify, prototype, and scale new measurement solutions and capabilities
• Build measurement advocacy across verticals and with cross-functional partners
• Contribute to quarterly OKRs including advertiser growth and innovation in measurement capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (or equivalent years of experience)
• 5+ years of advanced analytics and measurement experience within a technology company, media agency, consulting firm, or advertiser
• Proven experience with ads measurement
• Proficiency with advanced analytical tools such as SQL, R, or SAS
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising and measurement ecosystem
• Ability to communicate complex insights effectively to senior and executive stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in business, math, economics, engineering, or a related field
• Direct work experience with top performance or brand advertisers
• Experience building and influencing client or partner relationships
• Experience in negotiating and writing SOWs and contracts
