Senior Marketing Performance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Architect measurement strategy and define KPIs, performance frameworks, and custom attribution models
• Lead annual and quarterly target setting using historical conversion data and reverse funnel forecast models
• Analyze performance of integrated campaigns across field events and digital channels (SEM, Paid Social)
• Synthesize data into executive-level narratives for weekly updates and quarterly business reviews
• Partner with Marketing Ops and Data Engineering to ensure data flows correctly into the data warehouse
• Design A/B testing frameworks to optimize marketing ROI
• Drive adoption of AI-driven insights across the marketing organization

Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B marketing analytics, marketing/revenue ops, or consulting
• Deep understanding of B2B buying committees and complex sales cycles
• Expert-level knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) data structures
• High proficiency in Tableau Desktop
• Experience defining requirements for integrated data sets from disparate sources
• Experience with multi-touch attribution tools
• Strong ability to translate technical data into business insights for stakeholders
