Senior Marketing Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of owned channel communications across email, SMS, push, and in-app
• Architect dynamic email templates using HTML/CSS and debug complex markup
• Apply AI tools and workflows to improve campaign execution and team efficiency
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring workflows using agentic AI and prompt systems
• Partner with engineering to shape internal communications platform tooling and capabilities
• Provide input on channel strategy, audience segmentation, and experimentation best practices
• Maintain knowledge of global communication compliance regulations like GDPR and CAN-SPAM
• Mentor junior team members on campaign best practices and platform implementation

Requirements

• 5-7 years of digital marketing experience
• Minimum 3 years in communications development and campaign formation
• Proficiency in SQL (e.g., WITH and JOIN functions)
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email
• Experience with enterprise-grade ESPs such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Iterable
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting
• Experience navigating AI-generated code and automated pipelines
• Knowledge of basic experimentation principles
