About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the PLG martech ecosystem including Segment, Google Analytics, Marketo, Sanity CMS, and Salesforce
- Define and execute a future-state roadmap for PLG operations leveraging AI-driven automation and agentic workflows
- Build and optimize automated lifecycle and activation programs using AI-assisted segmentation and predictive scoring
- Partner with Web, Product, and Engineering teams to modernize event tracking frameworks
- Support and scale experimentation by integrating event tracking and metadata with AI-enabled analysis
- Collaborate with Paid Growth to ensure high-quality tagging and attribution across digital channels
- Partner cross-functionally to support chatbot and live chat experiences, including qualification logic and routing
- Build dashboards and insights leveraging AI-enhanced analytics to monitor PLG health and growth loops
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using Zapier, Segment, and AI agents
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the marketing technology stack
Requirements
- 4+ years in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, or Digital Systems roles
- Hands-on experience with Segment, Google Analytics, Marketo, and event-based tracking
- Strong analytical capabilities in experimentation, attribution, and funnel performance
- Experience supporting paid acquisition workflows across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta
- Experience managing chatbot or live chat workflows and data models
- Demonstrated experience driving automation through workflow orchestration tools like Zapier or agentic AI
- Track record of modernizing marketing tech stacks
- Experience collaborating with Product, Web Engineering, and Data teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at FinTech or SaaS companies with PLG models
- Experience using AI for generative personalization or predictive scoring
- Comfort building integrated workflows between CMS and acquisition tracking systems
- Familiarity with customer journey analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel
- Understanding of digital identity verification and risk-aware conversion optimization
- Knowledge of ABM or enterprise programs
