Senior Marketing Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the operating model behind Asana’s growth funnel by connecting product behavior, marketing systems, and revenue workflows
• Optimize systems infrastructure supporting self-serve and product-led growth across CDP, lifecycle, and CRM tooling
• Design and operationalize Product Qualified Lead (PQL) workflows, including scoring logic and routing rules
• Translate ideal customer profile (ICP) definitions into actionable audience segmentation frameworks
• Enable lifecycle marketing through scalable segmentation and event-driven campaign infrastructure
• Partner cross-functionally with Data Science, Product, and Revenue teams to build scoring models and diagnose funnel friction
• Establish operational governance around growth definitions, routing logic, and process documentation

Requirements

• 8+ years of Marketing Operations experience in a B2B SaaS organization
• Strong systems thinking in marketing, growth, lifecycle, or revenue operations
• Hands-on experience with CDPs, CRMs, and lifecycle marketing automation platforms
• Experience working across product-led or self-serve funnels
• Analytical foundation to partner with Data Science on scoring models and data quality
• Ability to manage complex initiatives and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience operationalizing PQL scoring frameworks and trigger-based campaign infrastructure
