Senior Marketing Operations Manager

Ambient.ai is the category creator and leader in Agentic Physical Security. Powered by Ambient Pulsar, our platform integrates with existing security cameras and access control systems to unify monitoring, threat assessment, and response through an always-on reasoning layer.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing tech stack, data, and systems including HubSpot and Salesforce sync
• Manage lead routing logic, SLA enforcement, and MAP/CRM governance
• Develop multi-touch attribution models and source-of-truth dashboards for MQLs, S1s, and pipeline contribution
• Build and maintain the marketing AI agent stack using tools like Claude, MCP servers, n8n, and Supabase
• Partner with RevOps and Sales to align on lead definitions and BDR enablement
• Manage vendors for the marketing technology stack

Requirements

• 6+ years in marketing operations at a B2B enterprise software or SaaS company
• Deep expertise in HubSpot architecture and workflow building
• Salesforce fluency including flows and SOQL queries
• Hands-on experience with ABM tooling (Metadata, 6sense, or Demandbase)
• Proficiency with SQL or BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Hex
• Proven experience operationalizing AI tools into production marketing workflows
• Strong written communication skills for process documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Clay, n8n, or Supabase agent infrastructure
• Experience building MCP servers or custom AI agents
• Background in physical security, IoT, or enterprise infrastructure software
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript
