Senior Marketing Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and refine MQL and lifecycle stage frameworks
• Partner with Sales on lead qualification, routing, and SLAs
• Build and maintain multi-touch attribution models in HubSpot
• Own the entire HubSpot instance, including architecture, data structure, and workflows
• Establish reporting on channel performance, campaign ROI, and revenue contribution
• Manage marketing automation, campaign tracking, and UTM governance
• Develop executive-level dashboards for pipeline and conversion visibility
• Ensure data cleanliness, consistency, and scalability
• Support campaign execution with segmentation and measurement frameworks

Requirements

• 7+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles
• Experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
• Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot as a primary CRM and automation platform
• Proven track record building MQL models and attribution frameworks
• Experience building systems from the ground up
• Advanced knowledge of HubSpot workflows and integrations
• Proficiency with data tools like Excel or BI tools

• Experience with multi-touch attribution and campaign measurement
• Strong focus on pipeline growth and revenue impact
