Senior Marketing & Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end vendor management and operational workflows, including logistics, procurement, and budget coordination
• Own the execution of store activations and partnership initiatives
• Design and optimize operational SOPs across retail, partnerships, and marketing operations
• Drive operational reporting and performance tracking to support management decision-making
• Manage B2B partnerships and KOL collaborations for workshops, seminars, and offline brand experiences
• Lead community engagement initiatives on the moomoo in-app community and TikTok
• Oversee retail marketing execution and store activation rollouts
• Act as a key operational owner and escalation point between marketing, retail, and external partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, operations, events, or project coordination
• Strong experience in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management
• Proven ability to manage marketing execution and operational workflows independently
• Experience in offline events, retail marketing, or partnership management is an advantage
• Strong interest in digital content and social media platforms like TikTok is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and negotiation skills
