Senior Marketing Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive execution and governance of end-to-end marketing campaign workflows, including intake, planning, execution, and measurement
• Own the day-to-day use and continuous improvement of workflow management tools such as Asana
• Apply process improvement methodologies to streamline campaign execution and enhance the marketer experience
• Support the delivery of global marketing transformation initiatives and drive adoption of new platforms and operating models
• Apply structured change management approaches to assess readiness and embed sustainable ways of working
• Utilize project management methodologies to plan and execute projects effectively and on time
• Use design thinking approaches to engage stakeholders and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations, focusing on process improvement and operational excellence
• Experience with workflow and project management platforms such as Asana
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma or similar structured methodologies
• Proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts and hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and change management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
