Responsibilities

• Implement strategic marketing strategies and materials across all media and communication channels
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, client demographics, and stakeholder requirements
• Oversee branding, advertisements, and promotional campaigns
• Manage project timelines and increase team productivity
• Ensure marketing materials are oriented towards specific clients to create engaging experiences
• Allocate marketing budgets and resources to ensure maximum cost-efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 7+ years of marketing leadership experience within the Defense industry
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital analytics tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
