About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns to promote TELUS Rewards across internal and external channels
- Drive go-to-market strategies to increase program awareness, member acquisition, and engagement
- Own marketing execution for key Rewards partnerships, including flagship partners like WestJet, from brief to activation
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the member base and increase active engagement through compelling storytelling and offers
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Brand teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless feature launches
- Manage campaign performance tracking, KPI reporting, and continuous optimization to maximize ROI
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with a proven track record of delivering results
- Demonstrated success leading integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution
- Experience in partnership marketing, co-branded campaigns, or loyalty/rewards program marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies
- Excellent project management and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience managing loyalty, rewards, or customer engagement programs
- Experience in telecommunications, travel, or retail partnership marketing
- Familiarity with TELUS Consumer Solutions (wireless and wireline business units)
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
- Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and digital campaign tools
