Senior Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead brand strategy, growth marketing, and go-to-market execution for SOKNA
• Build brands from the ground up and develop strong market positioning
• Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies
• Launch products and services and manage integrated marketing campaigns
• Optimize conversion funnels and scale high-performing acquisition channels
• Align marketing initiatives with business objectives through cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Operations teams
• Establish marketing processes, tools, and performance frameworks

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in marketing leadership
• Proven expertise in brand strategy and growth marketing within 0→1 business environments
• Strong track record in go-to-market execution and customer acquisition
• Deep experience in conversion funnel optimization and digital/performance marketing
• Ability to manage complex, integrated marketing campaigns with a hands-on approach
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic communication skills
