Responsibilities
- Architect and execute long-term partnership strategies to accelerate customer acquisition for the Small Business segment
- Lead business development and manage high-value relationships with organizations serving SMB audiences
- Develop data-driven marketing strategies for partners, owning performance from negotiation to ROI measurement
- Present to and secure alignment from senior executives and cross-functional leaders
- Collaborate with Campaigns, Sales, and Pricing teams to ensure flawless go-to-market execution
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and customer insights to optimize partnership ROI
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in partnership management, channel marketing, business development, or strategic marketing
- Proven experience in portfolio and program management, handling multiple concurrent initiatives
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Advanced professional proficiency in English
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and navigate high-stakes negotiations
- Ability to work with high autonomy in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional proficiency in French
- Previous experience in the telecommunications or technology industries
- Demonstrated success in translating marketing strategies across different business sectors
