Senior Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, and offline channels to drive user acquisition and retention.
• Design and oversee performance marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI through data-driven decision-making.
• Develop attribution models and analytics frameworks to measure the effectiveness of acquisition and engagement campaigns.
• Oversee brand positioning, content strategy, and communications to ensure consistent messaging.
• Directly manage the Sales Team and Community Manager, setting clear KPIs and monitoring performance.
• Implement structured reporting for the sales team, including call volumes, conversion rates, and service quality.
• Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets with an emphasis on conversion quality.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the marketing, sales, and community teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or growth leadership roles.
• Proven experience in the fintech, financial services, or technology sectors.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, and content strategy.
• Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust, Segment, or Mixpanel.
• Strong understanding of sales operations, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills to develop high-performing teams.
