Senior Marketing Manager - Paid Media

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy and ROI by developing and implementing strategic marketing programs.
• Create, manage, and analyze PPC campaigns to produce optimal outcomes.
• Deliver insights on marketing performance and ROI across the organization and structured portfolios.
• Plan and execute strategy work related to operational marketing support to maximize leasing traffic.
• Collaborate with regional operations teams to adjust campaigns based on feedback.
• Research and recommend new marketing channels and creative opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of analysis using various reporting platforms.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors to ensure optimal campaign performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in strategic marketing and marketing metrics roles.
• Google and Meta Ads Certifications are required.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
• Note: This role requires 100% in-office attendance at our Dallas, TX corporate office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Analytics Certification.
