Senior Marketing Manager – Nutrition

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver EMEA-wide marketing strategies aligned to business priorities
• Define differentiated value propositions and lead portfolio strategy and commercialization roadmaps
• Lead the innovation pipeline from concept through to launch, aligning with unmet market needs
• Generate actionable insights across HCP, patient, and caregiver audiences to drive growth
• Develop engagement strategies and integrated campaigns for healthcare professionals and patients
• Partner with regional affiliates to provide guidance on activation, execution, and performance tracking
• Collaborate with Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, and Finance teams in a complex matrix organization

Requirements

• Proven marketing experience within the pharma, healthcare, or nutrition sectors
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Experience working effectively within complex, matrixed, international environments
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive clarity, alignment, and execution
