About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and execution of 360° integrated marketing campaigns for theatrical releases in Mexico.
- Translate global studio strategies into locally relevant plans that resonate with Mexican audiences.
- Drive collaboration across media, digital, publicity, promotions, creative services, and exhibitor marketing.
- Leverage audience insights, social listening, and box office performance data to guide strategic decisions.
- Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution.
- Support the planning, allocation, and optimization of marketing investments across theatrical campaigns.
- Champion continuous improvement of marketing processes and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within entertainment, media, streaming, or theatrical distribution.
- Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and cross-functional projects.
- Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Experience working within matrix organizations and collaborating with regional and global stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the theatrical film distribution and exhibition landscape.
- Deep understanding of digital and social ecosystems and emerging consumer behaviors.
- Experience managing multiple high-profile campaigns simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
