Senior Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive growth
• Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns and oversee content creation to maintain a consistent brand voice
• Analyze performance metrics and use analytics to optimize marketing efforts and ensure ROI
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with lead generation goals
• Partner with product teams on go-to-market strategies for new offerings
• Manage marketing budgets and identify opportunities to expand brand reach

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing
• 2+ years of experience in a managerial role
• Strong expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot)
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Extreme problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare or SaaS industries
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Residency on the East Coast
