Senior Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, vision, and roadmap for Maujual’s growth and 360 marketing efforts.
• Oversee performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google PMax/SEM, and TikTok Ads.
• Manage content marketing, social media, and SEO strategies including on-page optimization.
• Lead CRM program development, including segmentation and lifecycle campaigns via WhatsApp and email.
• Manage brand guidelines, design assets, and end-to-end marketing procurement and vendor relations.
• Oversee marketing support and P/L performance for CarouBiz, a B2C ad tech product.
• Coordinate store branding and offline marketing activations across all Maujual locations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Demonstrated omnichannel marketing experience spanning offline, digital, and CRM channels.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads (PMax/SEM), and TikTok Ads.
• Proven experience in budget management, forecasting, and delivering on CPA and ROAS goals.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with professional proficiency in English.
• Experience managing vendors, agencies, and creative teams.
