Senior Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer and prospect-focused marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and accelerate revenue across the META region.
• Partner with regional Sales leadership, channel partners, and corporate marketing to advance end-user marketing activities and demand generation.
• Act as a strategic advisor to Sales Leadership, providing data-driven recommendations for pipeline generation and brand awareness.
• Define and execute comprehensive marketing plans including PR, seminars, events, webinars, and email campaigns.
• Manage the regional marketing budget, aligning investments with sales targets and tracking ROI via SFDC.
• Lead and participate in hosting regional events and manage end-to-end marketing procurement processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of marketing experience specifically within the network or security technology sector.
• 6+ years of field and channel marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; MBA is a plus.
• Proven track record of building opportunity pipelines for high-growth technology companies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making.
• Proficiency with SFDC or Marketo is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% depending on business needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience working across different cultures and business units.
