Senior Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute overall marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Plan and oversee multi-channel campaigns including digital, offline, events, and partnerships
• Build structured US market lead nurturing workflows to improve lead quality and conversion rates
• Define conversion messaging, positioning, and value propositions tailored to specific business verticals
• Collaborate closely with sales, digital marketing, and business teams to improve lead-to-deal conversion
• Analyze marketing funnel performance to identify and resolve bottlenecks in acquisition and nurturing
• Create scalable systems for follow-ups, remarketing, and relationship building
• Run strategic experiments to improve ROI and customer acquisition efficiency

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Business Marketing, or Growth Planning
• Proven experience handling US market leads and managing nurturing workflows
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels and lead lifecycle management
• Analytical mindset with a heavy focus on performance metrics and ROI
• Excellent communication and business storytelling skills
• Ability to lead and coordinate with internal digital marketing teams
• Experience working across different business models (Healthcare, Real Estate, or SaaS preferred)
