Senior Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Display, and affiliates with a focus on ROI and CAC
• Lead performance marketing for all products and experiment with emerging channels like Reddit and Snapchat
• Build and own attribution, tracking, and reporting infrastructure
• Drive growth for performance marketing products by understanding supply and demand sides
• Identify and activate new audience segments including Gen Z and female gamers
• Collaborate on social strategy and inform paid creative strategy through short-form content knowledge
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and funnel metrics to make data-driven recommendations

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in performance or growth marketing
• Hands-on experience managing large-scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth, registrations, installs, or revenue
• Strong understanding of Gen Z behavior and gaming culture
• Experience with influencer and creator-led marketing from a performance perspective
• Ability to work in a startup environment with comfort in ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the esports or gaming industry
