Senior Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and promotional plans for shows and long-term marketing initiatives
• Lead venue launch initiatives including grand opening campaigns and community events
• Maintain venue brand identity across website, social channels, signage, and in-venue assets
• Manage marketing budgets, advertising settlements, and media allocation
• Oversee publicity, press interviews, and artist availability for promotions
• Build relationships with local businesses, tourism organizations, and vendor partners like Ticketmaster
• Manage venue-owned communication channels including website strategy, CRM, email, and SMS

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Business Communications, or a related field
• 6-8 years of related work experience
• Experience with media buying, digital media plans, and omni-channel marketing
• Experience with email, mobile, and digital marketing programs
• Knowledge of the music industry
• Strong knowledge of data analysis, budgeting, programmatic media, and real-time bidding
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google AdWords, Rubicon, CMS, Photoshop, and WordPress
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
