Senior Marketing Manager - Advanced Surgery

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, development, and execution of marketing initiatives for the Advanced Surgery portfolio
• Support the development of annual marketing plans and overall business strategy
• Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities
• Manage portfolio performance, including sales, gross profit, and marketing spend ROI
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, medical, and market access teams to shape strategy
• Lead brand awareness initiatives across digital, social, and commercial channels
• Execute brand strategies aligned to the 4Ps (product, price, place, promotion)
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including forecasting, demand planning, and issue resolution
• Maintain and optimize sales tools, marketing materials, and training programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or medical devices
• Demonstrated expertise in brand strategy development and execution
• Proven track record of supporting successful new product launches
• Experience with financial forecasting and supply chain coordination
• Strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
