About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver partnership and hotel marketing consultancy, offer structure, creative management, and post-campaign reporting
- Manage weekly hotel offers, campaign performance, and cross-functional coordination
- Own partnership marketing relationships, KPIs, and contractual agreements
- Prepare sell-in case studies, pitch packs, webinars, and in-person presentations
- Execute market launches, member communications, and brand-compliant content
- Lead and coach direct and indirect marketing reports
- Collaborate on a 360 marketing and communications plan to drive engagement, activation, and retention
Requirements
- Degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Proven partnership marketing experience
- Strong Excel or Google Suite skills
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong organisation and time management
- Analytical skills and data presentation ability
- Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, or Notion experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI tools for productivity and innovation
- Multicultural awareness
- Hospitality or loyalty marketing background
