Senior Marketing Executive (Outside Sales)

Responsibilities

• Drive new business and manage an annual book of upsell business to meet and exceed sales growth goals in the assigned Florida territory.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Labcorp's testing solutions, providing education and support to customers and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain effective customer relationships through regular in-person visits and the use of sales analytics.
• Collaborate with Clinical Sales counterparts to identify and contribute to new business opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales funnel and forecast new opportunities in line with a 90-day quota using Salesforce.com.
• Perform in-services, training, and implementation for physician staff and pertinent personnel.
• Monitor competition, industry research trends, and clinical guidelines to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in healthcare sales.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory and overnight as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4 or more years of professional sales experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
• Previous experience in clinical laboratory, diagnostics, or medical device sales.
• Strong consultative selling and closing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
