About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive integrated, data-informed marketing to grow audiences, registrations, and brand awareness across exhibitions, conferences, and digital programs.
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, optimizing for CPA and ROAS.
- Manage and update websites and landing pages using WordPress, implementing SEO best practices.
- Oversee email/EDM planning, including segmentation, automation, and deliverability optimization.
- Develop and maintain social media content calendars and produce/review creative assets using Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Track performance using GA4 and ad platform dashboards to build weekly and monthly reporting packs.
- Support communications, brand messaging, and onsite event execution as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 4-8 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B events or exhibitions.
- Proficiency in Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Strong SEO/SEM skills and proficiency with GA4.
- Experience with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent English writing and editing skills.
- Proficiency in Chinese (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with email marketing automation tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Marketo.
- Experience with webinar and virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, ON24).
- Familiarity with CRM processes and tools like Salesforce.
- Basic video editing skills.
