Senior Marketing Director, GI EMEAI

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term strategic marketing plan for General Industrial in the EMEAI region.
• Lead the five-year strategic planning and annual operating planning processes.
• Drive financial performance, focusing on margin improvement, strategic pricing, and portfolio optimization.
• Identify and prioritize new product opportunities through the Stage-Gate development process.
• Support the sales organization with strategic pricing guidance, sales tools, and marketing communications.
• Lead a team of segment managers to execute regional marketing plans and drive new business.
• Monitor competitive activity and market dynamics to provide actionable intelligence and positioning guidance.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Technical, Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.

Requirements

• Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical degree.
• 5-10 years of marketing experience with a proven track record in business strategy execution.
• Extensive experience in B2B industrial environments.
• Demonstrated success in leading culturally diversified organizations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong technical acumen to understand materials technology and differentiated performance.
• Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree.
• 5-10 years of experience in Sales roles.
