Senior Marketing Designer

Responsibilities

• Concept and execute design across brand campaigns, product launches, sales enablement, and social content
• Develop visual systems, style frames, and design languages that scale across multiple formats and channels
• Design visual identity and environmental elements for trade shows, conferences, and live brand activations
• Create booth concepts, signage systems, and stage graphics for major industry events
• Art direct motion designers and video editors to ensure final output reflects the intended design vision
• Integrate AI creative tools like Adobe Firefly into the standard design workflow to accelerate concepting and iteration
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales stakeholders to deliver work that serves both brand and business goals

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in a brand, agency, or in-house environment
• A portfolio demonstrating range across campaign creative, brand design, event/experiential work, and digital content
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Deep working knowledge of AI creative tools including Adobe Firefly and AI image/video generation platforms
• Strong understanding of environmental and experiential design and how design translates to physical spaces
• Ability to develop visual systems that direct motion and multimedia executions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present creative rationale to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for B2B, government, public safety, or technology brands
• Background in large-scale event or trade show design
• Familiarity with Figma for collaborative design and handoff workflows
• Experience art directing photo and video shoots
• Working knowledge of motion design principles and basic After Effects proficiency
