Senior Marketing Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of personalized marketing campaigns using Marketing Cloud Personalization and Interaction Studio
• Architect and implement solutions that integrate customer data across various platforms to enable real-time personalization
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to define requirements and deliver innovative marketing solutions
• Analyze customer behaviour and campaign performance metrics to refine personalization strategies
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in marketing technology
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations while managing customer data effectively

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing technology
• Extensive experience in Marketing Cloud Personalization and Interaction Studio
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and targeting strategies
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Experience with API integrations and data management practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design and customization
• Familiarity with CRM systems and advanced analytics tools
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification
